I had water coming out of a floor drain due to a clog. We called American Rooter and they came out within the hour. Our technician Khay was amazing. He was able to quickly remove what was causing the clog. Thank you so much Khay for your amazing quick service. I definitely recommend!

Called American Rooter at 7:45 am and had a technician at our house before 9 am! Wow! Answering machine woman ( called before regular shop hours) was very friendly and then Pam called from the shop at 8 am when they opened...really friendly, as well! Pam told me someone would call me shortly and Lewis, the technician called me within 15 minutes. He was professional and thorough, explaining what he was doing along the way and answering any questions I had as well. Finished job in an hour. Fabulous...would highly recommend this place.
