Amazing company! We have been using them for a few years now and they are very polite, professional and punctual. They will deliver the same day if not the next. And are fairly priced. I really appreciate them accommodating my family on the days we needed oil during these cold months the most. Definitely recommend!

Great company!! I’ve been a customer for a few years now & they always come thru when you need them! Was having a issue today with a regulator leaking, called them & they where out within half an hour to fix it!! You don’t find service like that very often especially 2 days before Christmas!!

A company that cares, not about their bottom line, but people regardless if they are a regular customer or not. I called many companies for an emergency drop off, all of them said not if you're not a customer. Not this company, they came out almost immediately (within a hour) to fill our empty tank as our meter wasn't reading propler and ran dry overnight. True lifesaver of this family of four and our house. I will be using their services in the future for sure!! Great service, wonderful people on the phone and in person.

During the recent tropical storm that hit CT, my generator propane tank was a little less than half full. 48 hours into the storm propane thak was reading 10%. The company I had been getting propane from couldn't deliver. I went to Brooks, told them my problem and their response was we will deliver today. I thanked them very much, John said "that's what here for". I will only get propane from Brooks, fantastic service.
