Great art gallery, I recommend
Jane Eckert is an extraordinary talent with an eye for emerging artists, who she expertly cultivates. I’ve become an avid collector of one such artist who,over several years of collaboration with Jane, has risen to an artist of widespread renown and recognition.
This is one in a string of art gallery pearls in Kent, CT . Kent is know for art and this little gallery packs a big punch. Hunt Slonum, Helen Frankenthaler, Jasper Johns, Lichtenstein, Robert Motherwell, oh my! I have especially enjoyed seeing super-realism hanging shirt paintings of Eric Forstmann, who is a local artist. There are 5 galleries tucked into the beautifully landscaped Kent Barns, which makes for an enjoyable afternoon of art-hunting.
