Fast and takes care of every aspect of install some deadbolt locks on my two exterior door for my first house I bought. From drilling the holes to cleaning up the mess afterward. Closed on our new home Friday and needed to get 7 locks rekeyed. My realtor Ryan Martin at Tier 1 recommended Dave. Quick drive out to his shop in Bristol and done in 30 minutes for a great price. Highly recommend.
I messaged to see about having patio sliding door lock that was stuck repaired and he promptly got back to me. He kindly helped troubleshoot the problem, and how I could likely fix it before having him come out to what could have been a costly repair.I thought this was very honest and nice of him to door. Long story short, I was able to get the lock unstuck and will definitely go to him again with any other lock issues.
I needed a key made for my new rental house. The key was the original key from the 1950's and Home Depot did not have the capability to copy it. I called Mr. Hartley from Home Depot and despite the fact that he was home, having dinner, he invited me to come to his shop right then and there and he copied the key for me. He was the kindest, sweetest man and he really went above and beyond to help me. He even gave me tips on how to make the old doorknobs in my home work better. 100 Stars to an amazing man and a fabulous job well-done!!!!!
We called with an urgent issue we were having with our door and David came out quickly and had our issue resolved within the hour.
