Had an issue on New Year’s Day. No heat! Frank responded to my text in minutes, to my house within 2 hours, and fixed our issue. More importantly, we ended up chatting about other electrical “issues” and considerations around the house. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and pragmatic. I’d highly recommend.
Frank is a trustworthy, meticulous, thorough and ultra competent electrician. He's also a wonderful human being with a heart that's at least a mile wide. He's a coach for his kids teams, loving husband and so many other things to his community and friends. He can tackle the most complicated projects and get it done for you. I can endorse Frank wholeheartedly!
Frank and his team were amazing! They were extremely responsive to my inquiry and completed the work within a day! We have used them a few times and we are very impressed. We would recommend them to anyone!
I had a fantastic experience working with Frank! He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done safely and efficiently. He quickly diagnosed the issues in my home and resolved it with care and precision. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out.
Frank is the kind of electrician you can trust, honest, reliable, and highly skilled. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for future projects or to recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you, Frank, for your excellent work!
Frank Pagliaro has done many jobs for me since 2021, when he was brought in as a subcontractor for replacing my HVAC system. That job required all new condenser feeds to a different location than where the old one used to sit. Frank pointed out that the old unit had been fed by aluminum wiring, which was a code violation. He also noted that my range circuit was also aluminum wire, and that it needed to be replaced with copper. So I hired him back to take care of that. While patching the new cables in, Frank found that one of my panel’s bus bars was cracked. But it was a discontinued Westinghouse panel, and no parts could be ordered. So, Frank had to completely remove the Westinghouse and install a new Eaton 200amp panel. Despite the costs of all these corrections, I (a former engineer) appreciated Frank’s diagnoses and his work to bring my house into code compliance; I feel safer having had all that done. This year (2025) I hired Frank back as general contractor for installing a 26kW Generac standby system. He seamlessly coordinated with his excavation and plumbing subs to get this major project started and finished in only 21 calendar days. He even helped to hand-dig parts of the utility trench that were close to buried electric, gas, water, drainage, and comm lines. Underground water seepage and rainy weather made this trench work very challenging, but Frank was up to it all and he remained cheerrful and informative throughout the job. I heartily recommend Pagliaro’s PowerSource for any electrical work in southern Connecticut!
