I went for a lash lift and tint. I had been here 2x prior and always had Jayme (the owner) and was very satisfied with her work. The lash lift and tint I got today came out great. However, I arrived at 12:27pm for my 12:30pm appointment and the doors were locked. I texted the number 2x with no answer. I then had to call 2x before Jayme picked up the phone. She sounded annoyed and asked who my appointment was with and said she would call her. The tech, Isabella, did not arrive until 12:33pm. She raced into the parking lot to unlock the door. She then had to get the things ready for the appointment. During the appointment, it was completely silent no music or no explanation of what she was doing next. I paid for my appointment and tipped despite it being so unprofessional. Not to mention the floors and beds look dirty and I was grossed out when I went to use the bathroom. For $120 I should be getting better treatment in a cleaner environment. I will not be back.

I just left from getting my teeth whitened by Jayme and I can’t express how great the entire process was. Booking was so simple and Jayme worked around my schedule and got me in within the week. She was extremely welcoming when I showed up and explained the process along the way. She played a pod cast to keep me entertained for the hour I was there and the best part is that my teeth came out beautiful and super white!! Seriously, just an over all great experience! Thanks Jayme!

I got my lashes done with Jayme before a trip and felt so comfortable with her! She made the time fly by and was so easy to talk to. The lashes look amazing, too! Not to mention, my trip was to Iceland, and there was lots of rain and heavy winds, and my lashes still look great!! Highly recommend Pretty & Co.!!

I had my eyelashes done and body contouring by Jayme yesterday. She was awesome! I called her the day before I went because I had my sister’s wedding two days later. She squeezed me and my mom in! My lashes came out perfect. The body contouring was unbelievable. She explained everything to me while she was doing it. Her beauty studio is spotless clean and so cute! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Jayme!
