I would highly recommend anyone work with Tony at Riverside of Derby. I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Tony that I had a pre-purchase inspection done on. Tony also had the Jeep inspected & safety checked prior to listing it for sale, so we were both surprised when a caliper seized on it shortly after I picked it up. I’ll skip the boring details, & get straight to the most important thing, which is how Tony handled the situation. He apologized for both the issue & the stress that it caused & he immediately went to work on fixing the problem. I took the Jeep to my mechanic & he & Tony took care of everything, saving me the stress of repairing a newly purchased vehicle. Most dealers would have told me the caliper was my issue, & it speaks to Tony’s character as a person & a businessman that he did not do so. Instead he was apologetic, supportive, & efficient in making things right. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable auto buying experience.
