Sandbank Veterinary Hospital

We had just moved to Wallingford a few months ago. We needed to find a new Veterinarian and animal hospital. We lucked out and found Sandbank. Dr. Loquine is excellent, so are the techs and even the receptionists are terrific. The place is immaculate and cheerful. I must mention that the other Vets are highly skilled too. Our two dogs are treated like they are royalty. Dr Loquine and the tech make getting vaccinations for our pups a positive experience. Sandbank is superb.

This vet office cares way more about the animals than the money.
Today i got the worst news. My cat has an extremely aggressive cancer. We planned on paying over 800$ to get all the tests done and start the chemo and surgery journey. Unfortunately her odds are extremely extremely low. This vet gave me all the knowledge and all her experience to make an informed decision.
Every other vet we talked to was 100% willing to waste my money. This doctor just wanted my sweet cat to live her last few months pain free. And then she gave me all the information I need to know when to call and what to do moving forward.
I can not express the importance of going to a vet like the one i just seen today. I went in willing to spend any amount of money needed to fix this. And they quietly and calmly informed me its time to give my cat love and support. No other vet will be this honest. Every other vet WILL rob you blind... even at the expense of your cats last days of comfort.

I highly recommend this vet office.

Dr. Loquine is truly the best. She’s so caring and loving to our furbaby. I’d like to give the front desk staff 5 stars too. They are beyond kind and caring. I truly appreciate how they make us feel with each visit.

I needed a last minute appointment for my dog to get some vaccinations while we were visiting Cheshire and they accommodated me very easily. The entire staff is so kind, from the reception desk to the vet and her technician. They truly love animals and make every effort to show they value their furry patients. Highly recommend!

My Cat Jack is handful, they did such a great job giving him vaccines. Cindy at the front desk was so friendly. The vet tech was awesome, the cat has a history of hurting people that try to hold him. The doctor was friendly, imformative and fast. Thank you all for the great job. Captain Jack the cat 🐈 did ok.
