I had a leak coming from my roof and Paul came out immediately and assured me I did not need to replace my roof while someone else was trying to push me to do so. He fixed the issue with no problems. I will definitely be using Valley in the future

This post is long overdue! Last month we had a leak in our upstairs space. We had at least 6 different roofing companies come out to look at the situation and ALL companies said we needed a total roof replacement with price ranges between $16,000 - $30,000. Most of those companies did not even go on our roof to inspect and just flat out told us we needed a brand new roof. I called Paul at Valley Roofing & Siding after hearing about his company from some local moms. Paul came out within a few hours and told us from the start our roof still looked to be in good condition. He said he wanted to go on the roof and inspect. He measured and inspected and came in to see where the water had come in and then went back up on the roof to assess again. He came back down when he was done and told us we were ‘all set.’ We were shocked. We asked what the problem was and he explained that he sealed an area where he could see was the issue and the rest of the roof looked to be in great condition. He said our roof still has many more years of life left in it and there was no need to replace anything. One area just needed some sealant!! We were shocked! And one month later and a handful of rainstorms later and guess what?! NO LEAKS!! Paul fixed our problem! Six other companies told us we needed a TOTAL roof replacement and priced us from $16,000 -$30,000. Paul was honest, beyond HONEST!! After actually going up on our roof and assessing the situation, unlike many of the other companies that did assessments from the ground, he determined we just needed some sealant! AMAZING!! We highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND Paul at Valley Roofing & Siding! He is honest, incredibly kind and passionate about helping others and not looking to make a quick buck! Paul, one of the owners, came out himself to give us an estimate the same day we called. He explained everything clearly and even brought over full-sized shingle samples to our house when we couldn’t decide on a shingle color. Valley Roofing and Siding installed new porch windows at my mom's. They replaced really old windows and as with most home improvement projects, the job wasn't straightforward. Paul and his team were up for the task which included reframing three windows on one side of the porch. They did a fantastic job. After they finished, it looked like it was always that way. Paul, Walter, and the rest of the team were easy to talk to, were responsive, and do great work. Highly recommend.
