Mike was on time and was able to diagnose my problem very fast, on my GMC 2010 savana 2500- Mike found a bad terminal on a engine fuel pump hot lead " X2" connector that was hidden by the fuse box. he replaced the terminal and proceeded to check my computer to make sure all was working smoothly, I later found a TSB from the hundreds listed for my truck and it completely validates his diagnosis.
