All Site Roofing

Many thanks to Art Stepanyan of All Site Roofing for his personal and professional approach to installing my new roof and skylight. From his initial site visit and follow up proposal I was most impressed by his straightforward presentation of his firm, his work and his product….. never any pressure.

His work, involving the stripping down and replacement of my existing roof and skylight, was even more impressive. He stuck to his contract proposal and completion schedule, which is rare today, and was most respectful to me as a customer as well as to my property. He went to extremes to prep the site, using drop cloths to cover my entire driveway and landscaping as well as vulnerable areas of my lawn, and shrouded the entire perimeter of my house with protective netting during the stripping down process.

The crew performing the work was equally respectful to me and my property, and based on their performance and the results of the completed job, obviously had extensive experience.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mr. Stepanyan and his team making what can be a daunting project for a homeowner, a piece of cake; and the bottom line is the outcome of a meticulously completed project that reinforces the pride taken in the showing of a home. Again, my thanks to Mr. Stepanyan for a most satisfactory job and his reassuring and winning personality.

We hired All Site to do repairs on a house we had recently purchased, including new chimney flashing, a new vent fan, replacing damaged wood and more, plus gutter cleaning. Art was congenial and happy to answer my questions about the work ahead of time and afterwards. His team was efficient, and he came a few days later to ensure that the vent fan was functioning normally.
