We hired American Pharoah to finish our basement. We received several quotes and Ehmads was the quickest and most reasonable, by far. As soon as the contract was signed, he started the permit process and had his crew start delivering materials. His crew always showed up on time and completed work in timely manner. He was flexible with us changing schedules when needed. We are extremely satisfied with the work. We’d recommend American Pharoah to anyone who needed remodeling done.
I had a basement flooding and after trying multiple folks, I did not find a good contractor who was ready to do end to end job. After three months of search, I came across American Pharoah. I was not sure in the beginning but then Eemad met with me and patiently explained how this is going to work. He and his team is awesome. Started the work and ensured it is completed before they left the home. Starting from contract signature till materials procurement and installation was seamlessly delivered without any delays and issues. In those three weeks, I was amazed the way his crew worked at home without noise and disturbance. End of the day we got a fantastic basement in place.
