My boyfriend and I fell in love with beautiful home in Jackson, NJ. We took a risk in this crazy market and decided to put an offer on it. We got super lucky and the owners ended up taking our offer! Although, we were very excited they accepted our offer we knew the next hurdles would not be easy.
