This pharmacy literally has changed my quality of life ! I have been suffering piercing and debilitating migraine that stops me from functioning altogether . I finally found a medication that is a non narcotic in nasal spray form, the only issue is , no pharmacy seems to have it. This pharmacy not only stocks it but also reached out to me in advance. I was able to be on a first name basis with the pharmacist who in an extenuating circumstance able to allocate my medication and efficiently have it delivered in less time than it would take to order a pizza.
I wanted to take the time to share my excellent experience with ASPN. The process from start to finish was fantastic! I highly recommend using ASPN for their prescriptions . The entire process was easy and efficient! The staff is friendly and helpful. What else could you ask for!
The representatives are professional and courteous for the most part and they're the only reason I'm giving two stars and not just one! HOWEVER I have had multiple problems with getting my medication ON TIME! I am seriously thinking that I've got to switch pharmacies for this medication! For the second month IN A ROW I'm looking at the real possibility I'll run out before I can get my medicine. This is medicine for my migraines and without it I get migraines DAILY! This is completely unacceptable! ASPN needs to show more professionalism as a company and respect the fact that people need their medications ON TIME! And it's not that I haven't been contacting them WELL BEFORE when my prescription is due to be refilled! I've called FIVE TIMES in the last two weeks to try to get my medications set up for refill on time! The representative today told me that they're sending it up to the next level to get it to me but they did that last month and it was still DAYS LATE so I'm not confident that I'll get my meds on time. I'll be submitting my review on any website I can so people know how awful of an experience I've had with you guys!
