Atlantic Health Urgent Care at Hamilton

The service was perfect, seamless and polite from the reception desk, who happened to be a male, to the nurse practitioner, Jeannie!
I love their transparency, for example, when I told them I have no insurance I was told the cost of $125 for the visit right up front and when I was seen by the nurse practitioner she suggested I get a flu test and I was told It would be $20. There were no extra fees taxed on.

I would highly recommend Atlantic Health Urgent Care at Hamilton to anyone who is feeling bad 😷and want to leave feeling a little better 🤕!

The service was excellent; they treated my son well and inspired confidence. I had gone to two other places in the emergency room, and because I didn't speak English, they treated me badly and left me waiting from 1 pm to 4:41 pm. In the end, they didn't even see my son. The other place told me they couldn't say if my insurance covered it; they could register me, but I couldn't wait for the bill to arrive at my house. Thank God someone recommended this place.

The treatment I received and the kindness of the staff was really the best I've had from anywhere else in a similar situation. Claire and Jeanette especially were super nice and made me feel totally comfortable during my visit. They went out of their way to make sure any questions I had were answered and I was treated with respect. I didn't have interaction with the other employees but they were friendly for sure! I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

This is the second time that I have been to this urgent care and both times they have been fantastic especially today 6 inches of snow, but I had to go cause I still felt so sick. They told me to come right in and when I got there, they took such great care of me. I felt like I was at a five star hospital not an urgent care.. Thank you so much staff and nurses you guys were so nice to me and so helpful and so respectful I wouldn’t go anywhere else once again thanks so much for taking such great care of me.
