BW came out on behalf of my home owner insurance company. I had an outlet that had gone bad so I replaced it on my own and had connected the lines incorrectly as the outlet was different. The electrician explained it as they were fixing it ~ I wish I would have asked for clarity because it was something I could have fixed easily but instead they charged me on top of the home warranty company service fee so in total $175 to switch placement of wires on 1 outlet. Pretty disappointed about that and wish I would have asked more questions before paying the extra $110 for them to switch the wires.
