$3 Nonsense fees when you order online for pickup. For a $13.75 order, I am charged an extra $3 or so. Why am I penalized for choosing NOT to phone in? Most restaurants view phone-in calls as costly and occupying staff time. It's my fault for not noticing before I placed the order. I used the website Preferred By Business, which is usually their POS vendor site, which should have the lowest expense for the shop. Lesson learned, call in your order. Side note, their breakfast sandwich has 2 thin slices of pork roll and 1 slice of cheese. It was pathetic. Bagel was fine.

Just moved here from NYC. It is hard to find a deli spot that offers everything with excellent quality. This place is right, is it! Note that for those looking for lunch, they close around 3. They also have homemade cream cheese flavors. Check it out

Just moved to the area and I love that this place is so close to my house! They have delicious croissants, bagels, and friendly staff. I hope the espresso machine is working next time I come cause I would love to try their lattes too.

Fake eggs from a box. If you look at my reviews they are typically 4 and 5 stars. I try to support businesses. I’ve been here 20+ times and it appears they’ve changed ownership. I got a turkey egg and Swiss on a wrap. They used fake hotel eggs. I don think I’ve ever seen fake eggs on a breakfast sandwich from a bagel spot/deli in my life. The Swiss wasn’t melted and the flavor and texture off the eggs were horrible. Like a damp flavorless sponge. The register are was mayhem. People blocking up the area and nobody in control of who is grabbing what bags of food and it was not busy in there. I hope they read this and improve. I was surprised to see they are 4.3 stars using boxed eggs. It must be legacy ratings from the previous management. Please crack some real eggs and stop feeding paying customers garbage.

    Pros: The bagels are excellent
Cons: The cream cheese and prices, not so much.

I paid $4.15 for an everything bagel and with a small cup of pot coffee it was $6+.

While the bagel itself was excellent, with the right amount of chewiness, and toasted properly, the cream cheese was a regular slab of a store bought brand as-is.

The lady said she had jalapeno cream cheese but what she really did was slather some plain cream cheese and drop a few jalapenos from a jar on top and call it a day.

First, that was dishonest and second, if you own a bagel shop, you should know that flavored cream cheese isn't made by just spreading a layer of 'strawberries' on top of plain cream cheese.
