It's always been a good place to shop. It had a great assortment of household goods, as the two last words of its name implies: . . . . "and beyond." Somehow, the marketing strategy did not work out. I don't think it's beyond repair, but it will take entrepreneurial skills to make a comeback. I never liked to see people lose good jobs.
Large, clean and well organized store. Nice employees.
Under renovation so it was difficult to find items I wanted.
The store was large, clean and less confusing than other BB&B stores. Return for store credit was quick and easy. Staff were nice and polite. However, it took 15 minutes to find an associate to get a large mirror from the top of the display.
