Highly recommend this business! Two odd stains had appeared on our new carpet that we had no idea what the source was. Robert came out on the same day I contacted him and was informative, took his time to figure out what was actually going on and then through his "magic" (informed knowledge actually :-), he got rid of the spots. We are very thankful and will happily recommend him/his company to everyone.

Spoke to the owner Robert who responded rather quickly after a request for service. Gave a quick estimate over the phone after going over the details as well. Luis was our technician and gave a step by step process on how he would handle the cleaning. We had a couch that needed a deep clean since we have little kids and had some spills over the years. Couldn’t be happier with the service and our couch was stain free. Highly recommend and pricing was very reasonable!
UNBELIEVABLE!! Absolutely incredible! Even my realtor who’s been selling and flipping houses said no way would they be able to clean our carpet that basically became our three dogs (all over 15 yrs old) potty area! And boom! Looks new! My realtor thought we were going to have to put new flooring in! Thank you so so so so so much!! Saved tons of money on new floor and looks like new!!
Luis and Kevin did a great job. Especially on my stairs. We have a new dog that doesn’t wipe his paws.
I was happy to recieve another postcard in the mail from Best Way as we made a mistake the last time and used another company when we couldn’t find the phone number. The other company left our carpets saturated and not very clean. It took a week for it to dry completely.
Best Way have the high powered equipment and a professional team that clean them to the standard I would expect.
I am adding a photo of the stairs after. I wish I had taken one to show how bad they looked before.
