I went to Jen for a haircut not knowing exactly what to expect, but she completely exceeded my expectations. She listened so well and understood exactly what I was going for. The way she translated what I described into the perfect cut was amazing. I felt genuinely heard and taken care of, and I absolutely love my hair.

I really want to highlight how professional, attentive, and skilled Jen is. I highly recommend her.

Today was my first time having my hair done at Bijou. I met with Jen last week for a consultation, and felt very comfortable moving forward. Any questions I had forgotten to ask, Pasquale thoughtfully answered. Jen did color and highlights on me. I really appreciate the level of focus and attention she gave me, particularly while doing my foils. That’s important to me. She did a fantastic job, and I am oh so happy with the result.

The salon is clean, and inviting. The place has a pleasant energy. Viva the doggie is absolutely adorable, and incredibly behaved. The other stylists there were nice, too. An added bonus are the chairs at their shampoo station, which offer a relaxing massage. A really nice surprise. All in all, very pleased and happy to have found a great salon, close to home.

Jenn is absolutely amazing! She is so talented and so sweet. She always remembers whatever I told her at our last visit. (Personally and professionally ) She asks questions and always listens to what I want done with my hair. She nails it every time. I’m so glad I found Bijou and thank you so much Jenn.

After being afraid of trying to find a new stylist for over a year, my mom and sisters recommended me to go see Laura. Laura did an amazing job with my hair and did exactly what I asked for she totally understood my needs. She is also very nice and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Coming from someone who is very particular about their hair I would definitely 10/10 recommend going in and asking to book with Laura. She is knowledgeable, has over 20 years of experience, and is fully in on new trends and ongoing developments in the hair world as well. She is amazing!

Jen is so sweet and does such a great job! I can trust her completely to give me a great cut/ frame that lasts for months and grows out nicely.

I've had problems at other salons because they cut my hair as if it's always worn pin straight, so when I wash it at home it dries frizzy and/ or with 'layers' out of a nightmare.

I don't have to wonder what my hair is going to look like after I wash it for the first time at home when I go here! Jen actually listens, knows how to treat my hair and gives really great advice/ ideas for the cut. It comes out looking better than ever! I never have any idea what I'm doing when it comes to styling terminology, but she explains it well.

At the front desk, Pasquale is always very friendly and helpful. Claudine is also great!
