Tom, the owner of the shop, is an excellent person. I realize he is areful, methodical and honest. He treats his custumers as if they were long time friends not to mention the way he took care of my car, a Porche Panamera 4 2011. This was my first visit to change engine oil and filter. He did it carefully and very cleanly. At one point I notice some drips to the floor and got a little upset, his work place is immaculate. He check things in my car that I didn't ask him to but that where necessary for me to know the status and when they needed to be taken care of. He even plug his diagnostic computer to check for any codes at no charge; normally a Porsche dealer would charge a minimum $300.00 just to plug it in, nothing free. He prefers to work only in European cars, which his 40 years specialty. I'm very happy with his service, the total amount much lower of what a dealer will charge , his friendship, cordiality, the care and good service he provided to my car. He can be sure he has a customer for a long time. Thank you Tom.

This is the second time I used BAAS for repairs. The 1st time was for leaking ACE lines on the suspension. The dealer had quoted an outrageous price, I visited Tom and we discussed options. He performed the repair which involved lifting the body off the chassis. This work was performed for thousands less than what the dealer wanted. The knowledge of BAAS’s team and cleanliness of the shop made me comfortable in choosing them for my repairs. That was last year and the car was performing like it was new again until a separate issue arose. I had since moved from the area and another issue arose that made me visit the local dealer. After paying a $600 diagnostics fee and receiving a quote close to $8000, I called BAAS. I submitted the dealer quote to them. He indicated that they would do a second opinion diagnosis for less than half of what the dealer quoted. If he performed the work as on dealer’s recommendation he would wave the second diagnosis fee and also save me thousands yet again. For me it was worthwhile to drive a thousand miles and incur airfare to leave the car with them. Upon his review, he indicated some of the dealers items were warranted but disagreed with a few items. He took the extra steps and really dug deep into my vehicle to perform the final diagnostic steps necessary to accurately show what my vehicle needed. Upon his final repair which included extensive repairs and throw in a set of 4 new tires he was still cheaper than going to the dealer. The thoroughness of his diagnosis is time consuming but very accurate. So if you need the best mechanic for European vehicles and have the luxury of time, let Bollettieri Advanced Automotive Services repair your vehicle. After picking up my vehicle earlier this week, I drove it a thousand miles back to Florida, it rode like a new vehicle. It is a 2015 Range Rover Sport Supercharged with a 120,000 miles. I cannot recommend BAAS enough for Jaguar and Land Rover repairs. He is also well versed with BMW and Audi/Porche brands. For quality repairs I would visit BAAS and save money instead of visiting overpriced dealers.
I used to have my Mercedes serviced at the dealership. Tom does a much better job and is much more reasonable. He has all the latest diagnostic equipment and does a thorough analysis of the vehicle. He is also something that is incredibly hard to find in a car mechanic. HE IS HONEST!!! Use him. You will be very happy
I have a 2016 Jaguar F-type that has been serviced at Paul Miller for years. Found out they will no longer be servicing Jaguars. They referred me to Tom.
It was so nice to find someone in the industry that makes the customer feel like they are their only customer. Tom explained to me about the diagnostic that he was to perform and then sent me a comprehensive email and video of the car with all the recommended maintenance. I am sure he spent more time just looking at and listening to the vehicle than a dealership spends on the entire service. Extremely knowledgeable with Jaguar vehicles, their issues, things to keep an eye on etc. I will certainly be going back to Tom for many years to come. Highly recommend if you truly care about the well being of your car.
