Dr Chen and his staff are wonderful! They are all so caring and compassionate.
Dr Chen has done so much for me as I navigate through this unfortunate situation I’m coping with.
I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so!
I have visited Dr. Chen's office for several months for a back pain management and there is no improvement so that I changed to another Dr. Office ,which helps a lot. Since we are not always at home and want to make sure there is no additional copay before stopping visiting. I called several times(about one month) after my last visit . They told me my balance is 0 and there is nothing to worry about it. After several months later, I saw a mail mentioned that I have copay ,which has be paid with 15 days. I called the billing department several times, they always give me excuses to call later. After I finally paid the copay and asked them to make sure there is no remaining balance, the office manager is very inpatient and reluctant to do that. She hung up on my phone when she wants. Overall, the office management in Metuchen is unprofessional( I feel the admin staffs are family-related and they do whatever they want to do) and the people in Bridgewater is nicer but disorganized as well. Some physicians are very nice but I am not going to visit the Dr. Chen's office anymore . The doctor should have cared more about the patients and the admin in Metuchen should have respected people . I hope that they will not send me anything later again because of their system does not work. Old fashion family business and It brings more trouble then convenience!
Dr Chen identified a serious torn tendon on my shoulder and magically cured my long lasting pain in one treatment (PT & acupuncture) The best pain management doctor I have ever experienced. I also recommended a friend who is having various stiffness and muscle pain for years. I strongly recommend dr Chen to the others too.
