Broad ST AUTO REPAIR

AAA jumped my car and blew a fuse and reset my computer in the process. Being new to the area Broad St Auto was right around the corner. I got my car in and within minutes Mohammed was under the hood resetting everything. Since then I’ve had brakes, suspension, a/c work and tire repair. I bring all 3 of my family cars here. Mohammed, Jose and Zach are the only guys that I will l trust my cars to. They are the best!

I want to like this place, but it’s tough. The knowledge and hospitality is definitely there but the service and communication is not. Held my car for 5 days and didn’t do any repairs, only checked it and found out that I needed more repairs than what I thought, which is fine. However, no one called to tell me this for 2 days nor was anyone answering my phone calls, either. Please, call your customers and let them know what the status is. Don’t have them call you to tell you to proceed with the repairs; it’s why I brought my vehicle to your shop in the first place.

What more could you ask for in a mechanic? Windshield replacement, engine trouble, flat tires, oil changes, he does it all! My fiancé and I bring both of our cars here and we are very grateful to have Mohammed in the area.
