Hiring a contractor, handyman, etc. can always be a nightmare because you want someone who will do three things: (1) perform the work to your satisfaction (including any follow-up, unforeseen problem, or subsequent difficulty); (2) charge a reasonable cost; and (3) be someone that you can trust.

The owner is a man of integrity, he sees that the work is done in a timely manner, he responds to contacts/messages, and he ensures that the work is done with quality and expertise. We are thrilled with the work B&T Home Improvements did on our house. We discovered a major leak in our roof while doing room renovations. The leak could have caused serious damage to the work that had already been done and further delayed the project. Bruce responded to our request very quickly, examining the roof, making suggestions about the shingles and explaining the process within a day of our call. Work began two days later and after one full day, we had a new, watertight roof - one that was put to the test just days later when three days of rain caused havoc. The roof stood up to the battering rain and continues to do so. The workers never stopped and they meticulously cleaned up. We did not find nails from the old roof all over our property like we had when the roof was replaced 15 years ago. WE highly recommend them!

I have used B&T for several jobs in the last two years and will never go elsewhere. The previous owner of my house acknowledged that he had attempted several fixes to a problem with the roof, none of which provided a permanent and proper solution to the problem. Bruce assessed the problem, explained in layman's terms the simple solution and executed it with precision.
