Took my daughter to her first dental appointment at Butler Smiles last week. The office, staff, and Dr. Frank were all AMAZING! Huge shout out to Miss Lori for making my very nervous 3 year old feel safe and comfortable. Miss Lori and Dr. Frank took their time with my toddler to make her feel at ease. They talked to her about everything they were doing and let her examine all of the tools they were using. I 100% recommend this office. Thank you for being so kind, patient, and accommodating.
Wow! What a great first experience for my 3 year old. All day he was saying how he didn’t want to go to the dentist. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Laurie who ended up cleaning his teeth. She was warm, kind, explained everything she was going to do and took an interest in his monster trucks (which is always a win in his eyes) she made him laugh and made his feel as comfortable as possible before she even started cleaning his teeth. We then saw Dr Jackie! She was kind, knowledgeable and my son even asked for her once she left. The office is clean, up to date technology, and my son loved the stickers and treasure chest to pick a prize once we were finished. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family. We will see you in 6 months!
