If I could give more stars, I would! The whole experience was made much smoother and peaceful due to Colleen being our realtor. She makes you feel secure with the process, and fights to get you the money for your home. She is also more than ready to jump in, roll up her sleeves, and help do whatever it takes to get you over the finish line. Her assistance was invaluable to us from start to finish going way over above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of as well as fully informed every step of the way. As first time sellers, you dont know what to expect but Colleen makes sure its painless as well as seamless. In the future, there would be NO OTHER agent we would call to handle our selling, or buying needs in the home market. I believe, besides finding "The greatest realtor" on the planet, we have made a friend.
