Nikki is a skilled teacher who fosters a warm and supportive community at Comfort & Balance. I highly recommend signing up for a reiki/massage because she is a supernova healer! I also enrolled in several yoga classes (appropriate for all skill levels). If you need a “pick me up”, take the Wednesday destress class.
I started doing Nikki's DeStress yoga almost a year ago and now it has become my favorite night of the week! She has taught me how to be in the moment, how to breath, how to lessen my anxiety, and the wonderful stretches we do help so much with my lower back and hip problems. I love how her studio is cozy and calm and relaxing. Her messages and Reiki are amazing! Nikki herself is such a beautiful and kind person. You can't help but love her as soon as you meet her!
This is my first time attempting Yoga. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and studio. Niki is truly a breath of fresh air with the love, patience and calm that she exudes. I so look forward to my Wednesday yoga class each week. Mary Efremedis
Hi🙂 I tried a lot places who doing a massage but they couldn’t help me anywhere.
Searching on internet I found Nikki, and I said to myself I will give a try . I have problem with my neck area for years, couldn’t sleep well, I had very often headaches.
My first massage from Nikki - very helpful, I left like a new person, such a big release in my neck area. I definitely felt better after first time . I am very grateful for her magic hands. She is very sweet person and very good listener. I definitely recommend Nikki ❤️ I can’t wait for my next visit ☺️
Going for a massage/Reiki session with Nikki is like coming home - a spiritual home. I came to Nikki 5 years ago at a time when modern medicine and stress had destroyed my body and spirit.
