I cannot express enough how amazing Jack and Stephanie are at the cranial center in Hackensack, New Jersey. They truly made my son’s experience with the helmet a great one! From the moment we walked in, their warmth and professionalism put us at ease. They took the time to explain everything, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had.

This office has been nothing but a blessing for our family. Our 9 month old son had to be placed into a helmet after surgery and Jack and Yelissa were amazing. He made sure to explain everything and the options that we had as far as helmets. He was great at adjusting the helmet to make sure it fit our son perfectly. Even on off hours I was able to text him pictures and he was able to guide me in adjusting his helmet until we were able to get in to see him. GREAT OFFICE AND GREAT STAFF.
