I’ve hired DEC twice in the past three months for essential repairs and remodeling, and both experiences were positive. The quality of work, ease of doing business, and attention to detail are truly important to us and they met these criteria. While there’s always a concern about price and quality with contractors, DEC exceeded my expectations. The pricing is fair, and they prioritize getting the job done right rather than cutting corners. David and his team are respectful, flexible, and transparent throughout the process. Highly recommended!
My husband and I had a great experience with David and his crew, we got a roof replacement with replacement plywood due to water damage aswell as chimney and masonry repair. David was very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. He answered all our questions and any time we would contact him. His plan was very organized and estimations very detailed. Will hire him for other masonry projects in the future that we have planned
DEC repaired rotten trim around our garage door. David and the team were great. He was friendly, very professional and clearly explained how they would approach the project - and executed exactly that. They were fast and did the job for 1/3 the cost of other quotes. My husband and I had a great experience with Lucas, from DEC construction, for our siding repair. He was very professional, punctual, honest and very nice to deal with. He would not accept payment until the work was complete, which we really appreciated. The repair was done beautifully, and he went above and beyond by cleaning up not only our yard but even the neighbor's. We highly recommend DEC for anyone needing siding repair--- great work, great service, and great people!
David and team were great! David was very communicative and responsive to all my questions and concerns, his team was thorough and efficient with building our new front portico, deck porch and replacing our front door. We are extremely happy with the project and would recommend DEC!
