If you need any bodywork done on your car this is the place to go!!! Let's start with the Amazing customer service the moment you walk in. The whole staff is inviting and welcoming. Matteo is amazing he will come out assess your car tell you what need to be done step by step and best pricing out of all the quotes I got (I went to 5 different body shops he was the best priced by far). Long story short went to my Mom's to fix her TV apps and when I came out this is how my car looked with no one around(of course) driver's side passenger dented way to much to just suction it out (PDR). It took Matteo 2 days my car was ready and it looked brand new couldn't even tell there was ever an issue. Amazing job, Amazing Customer experience and done quickly. I'm bringing my older car (2012 Subaru Outback) to get fixed since my son put some deep scratches into the body of the car. Need bodywork take your car here it, they won't disappoint.
I totally recommend everybody to use this company DND AUTO BODY for repairs!! Sel and Mateo are who i worked with and these are 2 of the nicest people you can work with... if you are not satisfied they will still always take care of you 100 percent. They will make it right with a smile! I'll be honest these 2 are more like your friends then bussiness people and I am a customer for life!! By the way the car looked BETTER THEN NEW after it was repaired. Showroom like!!! They are always busy ..... the best around.....this is just from my own experience 100 percent and I am not an easy person to please...Thanks again guys.... Bradley!
I’d like to start this review by pointing out that I drove all the way from Forest Hills, Queens — through dozens of miles of traffic, several tolls, and passing probably a thousand other body shops along the way.
I have a rare car (only 1,299 produced). I hit some random object on the highway that jacked up my front bumper real bad. I knew finding a replacement bumper would be next to impossible (turned out to be impossible). For months I scoured the internet and visited body shops in NYC looking for a solution: one place quoted me $3,500 and said they’d “do it right.” The other places said the bumper was too far gone and needed to be replaced with after market.
A family member recommended DND, saying they had a great reputation, so I decided to check them out. Their website allows you to submit photos for an estimate, so I sent the photos and waited to hear back. Didn’t take long.
My first interaction w Mateo underscores one of his best qualities — he is thorough. He asked me for more photos, which I was glad to provide. Soon thereafter, he quoted me a very reasonable price. From there, I decided to have them take care of a half dozen other cosmetic issues, including refurbishing the wheels (they now look brand new — flawless).
They had the car for about ten days bc of all the work that needed to be done.. I cannot overstate how amazing the car looks now. They also detailed it before pick-up, and I noticed they buffed out a bunch of light nicks and scratches that had been lowkey annoying me forever — nicks and scratches that prior detailers had failed to remove btw. They even touched up a spot on the little gasoline door that was chipped.
On top of that, they both dropped me off and picked me up from the South Amboy train station — I’m not saying they’d do it for you, but it seems to be part of their client service framework.
On the way to drop me off at the train, Mateo said he loves what he does, and it shows. You can tell by the way the shop is run (the vibe, etc.), the types of cars you see there, the superior level of equipment they use, and the number of services they provide. I know this review is super long but I could go on and on and on and on.
Bottom line: DND is the best of the best. These are serious professionals. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them on TV. Moreover/additionally, this is a shop run by really cool people — a shop you’d be proud to support. But don’t take my word for it: If you’re reading this and are on the fence, go see for yourself!
Before/after photos of bumper attached:
I brought in my Camaro to replace the bumper and up fix my busted fenders. They gave me a good price, and everything came out great, especially the paint job which they were able to blend extremely well with the rest of the car. I wish I had before photos I could share, but I forgot to take them. Their customer service was also really great!
Mateo and his staff are top notch professionals, I bought a new hood for my truck and they did a fantastic job ! Perfect paint match super fast job ! It looks amazing I couldn’t be happier , highly recommended!!
