Tremendous experience from the moment I walked in, to the purchase of the vehicle from sales rep Gil, to interactions with their front-desk guru, Tiffany, the service manager Bill, to even the service department consultant, Mike C. It’s a first-class dealership. They care, and it’s not lip-service.

I am so happy with the outstanding service that the Douglas Infiniti Service team provides. I cross a bridge, sit in traffic sometimes, and pay a bunch of tolls to have my Q50 RS serviced and it’s worth every penny at Douglas. I would particularly like to recognize and commend Ann Maria and Bill Troise. Bill, thank you for everything that you have done for me. Ownership should know that you are the best at what you do. As a customer who always have my car serviced at Douglas Infiniti, I give this dealership A+ in customer service, friendly atmosphere, and professionalism. This is a result of the excellent personnel working for them. Recently had my car serviced where Ann-Marie was the service agent. She not only ensured that I was provided with all the information on the car and options in terms of what needed to be done, but exercised great patience as I expressed my concerns. I highly recommend this dealership!
