Dwyer services and technicians have been servicing my hvac for some 3 years. I have found there staff to be professional and the workmanship on cue. Since I have a service contract, pricing has been competitive and reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family, friends and acquaintances.

Yamil the Technician from Dwyer Services a plumbing and HVAC company arrived promptly and was excellent. He thoroughly checked the issue with our new hot water heater which turned out to be a non issue in terms of any repairs being needed. He went as far as to check with the manufacturer of the heater and their technician to insure all possible issues were covered. Excellent service by Marissa in the office and Mike the manager. Definitely recommend Dwyers!

My experience with Dwyer services was extremely good. Bobby Moore was exttremely friendly, professionsl and knowledgable with my furnace. He is the first HVAC tech who was able to diagnose that it had a cracked heat exchanger. Extremely knowledgable smart. Joe Pascale was the same. Friendly, professional and knowledgable in his part of the job at hand. Dwyer services is fortunate to have them both working for Dwyer. i would recomend you guys to anybody who needs Dwyer services. The price of a new furnace is something I did not expect. I expected a much higher price and Joe explained to me the fairness Dwyer gives and the quality of the work completed.

From the moment I called Dwyer, I was met with professionalism and urgency. Our furnace died and I was able to have a Dwyer rep at my home in less than 3 hours from my initial call. While en route to my home, the rep communicated how far out he was and when to expect him (commuter traffic). Eric arrived at my home and in addition to obtaining the measurements and information needed to provide me with a quote, was kind enough to provide a brief lesson on how the furnace works and explain the difference in efficiencies. Together we went over the options and financing available and I never felt any pressure. Dwyer also had availability to have the furnace installed in 2 days (which with a 6 year old and a 7 month old, meant a lot because well, we needed heat!). Eric understood that I wanted to discuss things with my husband later that evening and provided a direct line so that I could contact him as soon as we had made a decision so he could secure the install date and time for us. The whole process was so smooth. The following day I received a call from their office informing me that one of their installers was ill and they would be unable to do the install as scheduled. Marc got us reschedule and brought us plenty of space heaters to keep us warm. The following day, Marc called me again that they were able to have the furnace installed the next day (Saturday) because his crew heard we had a baby at home and volunteered to install on their weekend off. The team showed up promptly as scheduled and did an amazing job. Absolutely no mess left behind!!!! Dwyer was an absolute pleasure to work with and we will be using them when it’s time to replace our a/c unit. I could not have asked for more from Dwyer. Thank you!!!!

I needed A few electrical outlets replaced, and I had a repair person come out that afternoon to give me an estimate and actually complete the work all in the same day! Very professional, courteous and detailed in what work needed to be done. I recommend them highly.
