Fast turnaround if you arrive on time for your appointment slot. Office people are pleasant, but strict - I don't blame them, the place is located right at the port of Newark and the surrounding area has heavy traffic. Loaders are fast, but you are required to be on dock when being loaded - I honestly don't mind, if I put my name on it, I want to see what is being loaded into my truck and to confirm the counts..

This is good news, because in our work we often meet with the rudeness of warehouse workers. but here everyone is very cute (though some do not speak English at all).
