Stupid oil change shop stripped my aluminum pan. To replace pan in Ranger requires lifting the engine. I replaced the plug with Eco plug which was PERFECT repair for this problem. Never leaked a drop since.
I ordered a eco plug with a removal tool and only received a invoice. I contacted the company and told them I hadn't received my product. They basically told me thats not their problem and I should have taken out shipping insurance. Now I'm out the cost of the product and shipping.
