I recently visited the BMW dealership and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Raymon. He provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. What I appreciated most was his patience and transparency—he took the time to explain every detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decision.
It’s rare to find a salesperson who truly cares about the customer’s needs, but Mr. Raymon went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a smooth, trustworthy, and stress-free car-buying experience!
I am really disappointed with this service center . This dealership sold me car in 2024 December. It seems to me car already was not inspected internally for start panel . Something was spilled by previous owner when vehicle came out of lease . I complained about the issue of sticky button and I knew they will always blame it on customer that they spilled something so that they can make money on diagnostic fees. Not buying again from this people .
I want to give a huge thanks to Pedro and the service department at this BMW dealership! I was driving through NJ when my car started shaking on the highway. Since I had just bought the car second-hand, I was really worried and stopped by this dealership to get it checked out. After the inspection, they found that the wheel hub was severely damaged and needed to be replaced, which was very bad news for me.
At that moment, Pedro stepped in and advised me to contact the dealership that sold me the car because they should be responsible for covering the repair costs. With his guidance and help, I was able to successfully get the repair costs covered by the seller and leave my car at the dealership for the repair. I also decided to get a full car wash and some scratch repairs while I was there. Pedro handled all the communication and arrangements, making the entire process so easy for me.
When I saw the finished work, I was honestly amazed. The car looked incredible! I can’t thank Pedro and the service department team enough for their exceptional work and support. I highly recommend this dealership and Pedro!
