Tom was incredible. He's very knowledgeable and a straight up honest mechanic/technician. He knows what he's doing and walks you through the entire process fairly and professionally. So grateful he fixed and replaced the whole system in a timely fashion, and I can now drive safely thanks to him... after seeing other mechanics that left me without an answer for the brake light... Thanks Tom!

I'm so thankful Tom was able to fix my car and get it back to me within 24 hours. Great communication and super down to earth. Hopefully I don't have to return anytime soon, but for those who are in need, I highly recommend going to Tom for your electrical repairs.

I have been using Tom at Electro Tech for 15+ years and now my kids take all their cars to him as well. Tom does not just replace parts like the Dealer or other independent repair shops, he actually diagnosis the symptoms to get to the actual problem in order to reduce time, frustration and expenses to his customers. And if you have electrical problems, there is no better mechanic to repair these hard to find problems than Tom. Last but not least, Tom will often let me know if a repair I "thought" was necessary is actually something minor and can wait for another time. You will not be disappointed with Tom and Electro Tech.

Tom has been my mechanic for 2 years and my mother's for almost a decade. He is very accommodating, diligent, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. He's very good at diagnosing car issues and explaining exactly what needs to be done, as well as offering options on how to fix those issues and what they entail. He always tells me what I can just do myself, has never tried to sell me on getting non-essential work done, and all the work is done in a timely manner. I am very lucky to have Tom as my mechanic, and I highly recommend him!

We have been taking our cars to Electro Tech for years and we always feel confident that Tom and Eric will be honest and do great work in a very reasonable amount of time.
They are not close to our home, but it is so worth the trip to know that our cars are in good hands.
Just last Friday, my older Subaru started having a very loud rattling/growling noise from the engine area. I was very close to home, so went back and had the car towed to Tom's after realizing that driving it could ruin the car forever. We believed it was something very wrong with the engine.
Tom and Eric arrived at work on Saturday morning, to find my Subaru waiting for them, once again, and knowing that we are trying to keep this car going for as long as we can, jumped right on diagnosing our car.
Within less than 1 hour, Tom called with the good news that it was the timing belt/ tensioner pulley and that we did not need a new engine at all. Towing it also saved the car.
We discussed the cost and timing of the work and we were back on the road Saturday with a huge weight lifted off of us. Tom always makes sure that we know to call him if there are any issues at all, and checks out other things to make sure the cars are safe before leaving his shop.
Cannot say enough about how great it feels to have an honest, caring, responsible team of car guys!
