Dr. Cook and her staff is excellent! I've had L4/L5 back issues for years. Tried all sorts of pain management, acupuncture, yoga, PT, pilates, Advil, et al. Dr. Cook was able to provide me 75% relief. I've never felt better. I would highly recommend Dr. Cook if you have back issues.

Disappointed with the visit. Doctor spend 10 minutes to try open MRI images on the PC , which failed so she then had to use the CD that I brought with me. I felt like that I didn’t get answers to all my questions. The entire visit was all over the place from trying to open the images to talking about various medications etc. Then she looked what time it was and said she has to get going. I asked if she could give me some PT suggestions and she said that she could write something down and then she didn’t? I don’t understand why the doc is not prepared to see the patient which would include looking over the images. Overall I feel like I wasted my time ,I left confused,; unfortunately..

I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cook. She is kind and thorough and compassionate. And she fixed my pain. She made me feel like she heard me and wanted the best for me. Always gave me her undivided attention and spent as much time with me as I needed. Answered every question thoroughly and patiently and never made me feel rushed. Highly, highly recommend her. She is a wonderful doctor

Dr. Cook is the best doctor that I have seen, and I have seen a lot dealing with chronic pain. She listens intently to your concerns, asks specific, easy-to-understand questions, and makes sure you are completely on board with the treatment plan. She really goes out of her way to keep her patients comfortable and feeling safe at all times, which is unfortunately rare in physicians. She cares about her patients and makes you feel like you are her only one. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
