I bought a pair of Jordan breds and a pair of Jordan 6 rings online and had to return one of them and get a bigger size for the other.
I was at the mall and got to the store a few minutes before they close (couldn’t find the store as they were listed as JD sports on the directory)
And- I didn’t have the card that I originally used online.
Bret- from the store reordered a bigger pair and gave me a gift card for the other pair.
Very helpful and they stayed open till the transaction was complete!
Three days later, I have the perfect fitting brand new shoes - in the size that I wanted - delivered.

I went in there yesterday and bought a pair of presto‘s the sales guy was very helpful I don’t remember his name he looked kind of Asian… I left my bag from Zara in there and I realized when I got home and they held it for me very polite when I called back great customer service I’m very thankful…
