I had such a fantastic experience with First Class Beverage and I have to give a huge shoutout to Rula for her amazing customer service! I placed an order on Saturday and by Monday Rula personally reached out with a suggestion that actually saved me money.
Originally I ordered 5 Frozen Granita mixes with a $31 delivery fee bringing my total to $106.01. Rula let me know that if I added just one more mix to make it a full case the total would drop to $95 including shipping. I ended up getting more product and still saved $10.99.
That kind of honesty and attention to detail is rare these days. Rula went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal possible and she truly made my day. I definitely felt like a First Class customer. First Class Beverage clearly knows the value of great employees. Thank you again Rula!
excellent drink mix and very fast shipping
Bought 2 daiquiri machines from these guys since covid started. Machines work great, customer service is excellent. Had a problem with one and Issa got back to me with a solution in the middle of the night. I would say this company is appropriately named.
