First Visit – Great Experience!
This was my first time ever going to a chiropractor, and I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I’m really glad I went! The front desk staff was welcoming and made the check-in process easy. Dr Maris took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.

After the adjustment of my back, I noticed a difference right away—less tension and better mobility. The office was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere.

I appreciate how professional and attentive everyone was. If you're nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time, this is definitely a great place to go. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Dr. Maris (Fraga) what can I say ? Well, your amazing! She is so patient , humble and just so kind. Going to her for quit sometime now. We have formed such a great friendship. Not only does she let you vent but helps with your aches and pains 😊 what more can you ask for!!! The office is awesome as well !!

Fraga Wellness Solutions is full of amazing employees that make sure they tend to your needs. I love how efficiently they moved me from one appointment to the next. There’s little wait time. Everyone there exudes positive and kind energy. I personally interacted with Dr. Maris and Dr. K. Each visit they took the time to carry on meaningful conversations with me while working on my sprained back. It made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. I highly recommend you go visit whether for leisure or necessity. You won’t regret it!

Love Dr. Maris! It was my fist time going to see a chiropractor and I couldn't have made a better choice. She is attentive to your needs, listens to your concerns and doesn't rush you out. I trust her implicitly. The staff is great and very welcoming. I also do physical therapy and acupuncture and both are great as well. To be able to get everything I need in one place, done by great practitioners is perfect. Everyone has been instrumental in my recovery. I would def recommend :)

Dr. Maris is awesome. I had been looking for a Dr. like her close to home for what seems like forever. She is highly knowledgeable in chiropractic work but also highly skilled in soft tissue work of various techniques. She is also super sweet and personable. I trust her with my whole family's well being.
