Fresh Start Movers

This is my 3rd move with Fresh Start and like the last 2, they did not disappoint! Jack and Kenny were awesome! They were both so polite and patient and really took such good care of my furniture. I've been known to be highly stressed during moves but these guys demonstrated such professionalism and care, that my anxiety was gone!! Just like the last 2. I have one more in the future and as always, I'll be using Fresh Start! Thank you guys for a good moving day and thank you to Nathan for the fair price and for having such a wonderful team!

My husband and I used Fresh Start Movers twice — the first time in July 2022 when we moved from our townhouse into a senior apartment, and again this past Saturday to empty out Bill’s law office and move a mountain of files and furniture to storage. I simply cannot say enough good things about Nathan and his crew.

From the moment they arrived, the three-man team worked tirelessly for seven hours. They were punctual, professional, strong, and treated every single item - from books and heavy filing cabinets to sentimental keepsakes - with utmost care. Nothing was damaged, everything was handled carefully, and they even managed tight spaces gracefully.

The communication was clear and friendly. Their price quote was fair, there were no hidden costs, and they worked hard without slowing down, even though Bill had accumulated decades of legal files, furniture, and personal items. On a day that could’ve been emotionally exhausting and physically overwhelming - they made it smooth, efficient, and surprisingly uplifting.

Nate and Tony, were pleasant, easygoing, and very accommodating to all my needs. They packed my items efficiently and carefully. They loaded the truck , so all my furniture was well protected and cushioned. At the packing my outdoor cement statues, gardening tools, ladders , and miscellaneous hiusehold products, took the evening off, then drove my move to Virginia the next day, met me at my new residence at 9:30 am Friday morning to unload the truck.Everything arrived intact, not damaged, placed exactly as I wanted, they even secured my kitchen table better than even. Love and thanks to Nathan and Tony and My Fresh Start Moving Experience, they’re worth their weight in gold!!

Nate and Kyle are incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful from start to finish. They took great care preparing our furniture and managed a specialized bed with mobility functions with ease. From the initial inquiry and quote, until the move was completed, communications was clear and constant. Lastly, Christina happily executed additional steps to ensure the appropriate insurance information was provided to the delivery location.

The day of the clean out, the three movers arrived early and ready to work. They were friendly, easy to work with and considerate. Their estimate was on target and the rates seemed reasonable.
