Mark helped my father with multiple legal documents such as creating a Will, Durable POA, helping my father becoming the legal guardian to my unresponsive mother. Mark Friedman also helped us with my mother's Medicaid application. We knew that we needed to seek an attorney for help with the application process as my mother's case wouldn't be a typical case of just gathering a few bank statements. My mother's case was so complex that her Medicaid process took us 2 years and 2 denials to finally get approved. Mark was always attentive and would call/text/email us; always making sure we had the latest update on her case and sometimes just simply check in on how we as a family were doing/holding up with this difficult time we were going though.
