During the past 12 months or so, my wife & I had occasion to sell 2 properties. We had our real estate agent who we used on a previous purchase. She is Victoria Patten of Coldwell Banker in Flemington. She took excellent care of us on our purchase, so we used her on our 2 sales. As we had no real estate attorney, we asked her advice. She always uses her favorite attorney, and she
recommended this attorney to us, saying this attorney was excellent, and really the only one to use.

Since Victoria always takes very good care of us, we took her advice and engaged the attorney she recommended, who was
Linda Gotlib of Gotlib Law LLC in Metuchen. Truth is, we wanted
an attorney in Flemington, not Metuchen. But Victoria told us,
her attorney was the very best, and the Metuchen location thing
made no difference at all. So we went with Linda Gotlib. Well, let me tell you, that was one of the best decisions we ever made.
Linda was excellent. And her not being located in our same town made no difference at all.

There were multiple issues with our 2 property sales - they were contiguous properties, not certain to sell separate or together,
zoning issues, & township issues. A basketful of problems.

The sales took a long time, because both properties were unique.
And the one sale was particularly drawn out, and it was contentious. Well, thank goodness we had Linda. She was
hard working, always available (always available), sent us many, many communications (most emails, but some phone calls), & was on top of everything. She led us through every step of the process. She never put us off or downplayed our concerns. She was very tough with the contentious sale attorney, and she confronted him immediately & strongly on all issues. She never missed a beat.

So we (my wife & I) strongly (very strongly) recommend Linda Gotlib. We cannot imagine doing a real estate deal without her.
We wish we could use her for all our legal work, but sadly (from our view) her practice is limited to real estate only.

With Linda on your side, you will be very well served, and you will
not have to worry about anything.
