i look at this each time i drive through the meadowlands on the way to newark liberty airport. it looks like the tower of sauron. i always wonder why there aren't any other apartments of a similar scale in secaucus.
I am a young working professional and this is a perfect, quiet place to live in if you are looking for a place to easily commute to the city! Bus literally stops right in front of the building. So many families have lived in this place more than 20 years. Very safe area and extremely dog friendly.
Just the most cozy spot in the area to raise a family. Coupled with a quick commute to the city this is perfect for us. Lots of daycares nearby and friendly neighbors too. The building also has a fitness center, community center and always has some activity going on. Lovely paths to go for a walk with kids as well.
Great place to live. Lot to do. Beautiful pools. Gym is awesome. 24 hour concierge. Game room, Beautiful Nursery. Awesome playground for kids. Private walkway by the River. Bus to NYC and Transfer station right in the building. Close to most Highways, Airport etc. Friendly staff. Security and safe covered parking and much more. Perfect to Rent from owners or to Buy. Condos are spacious, quiet and offer great views. I own it for 23 years and love it.
