Clean up kept community, maintenance responds quickly, safe area, great school district, plenty of parking throughout the property. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment home to check out Haynes Run in Medford as it also has stores close by and its quiet community is peaceful. 5/5
I live at Haynes Run and it has been a very good experience for me and my now deceased pet. She loved her daily walks as there are long grass walks and a dedicated dog park and dog waste containers along the grassy walks. The staff has honestly been very kind to me by even checking in on me when she passed in October. They are always on top of maintenance requests, no matter how trivial. I have rarely waited more than two days for major equipment to be replaced and usually next day for most things. They schedule regular maintenance like changing filters and vents or check fire detectors to make sure things keep working well. The yard crew always blows away all the leaves from my back door and patio and that is so nice too. The regular sidewalks are well kept and prepared for the seasons change. They all really all work to keep everything nice for residents. One last example they even do things to engage and bond the residents like contests and community giving. Bottom line I have loved it here and will continue to do so😊
After 4-1/2 years of living at Haynes Run, I am moving because my roommate got married and I don't need such a large place, and I want to be closer to my grandchildren. But before I go, I do want to remark about how terrific my time here has been. I had written a review when I first moved in, talking about how much the community felt like home, and that has not changed. I loved the apartment, really enjoyed saying hello to the friendly people walking their dogs in the morning and after work, and honestly, I fell in love with the town of Medford! This is such a lovely place, and very family oriented with frequent events on Main Street: parades, Food Truck nights, Dickens Festival, just to name a few. As for Haynes Run, they also offer holiday events for residents, and communicate these both by email and by leaving door hangers.
The apartment was very spacious, and I loved having a full size washer and dryer in the apartment rather than having to drag clothes out to a common laundry area or a laundromat.
I want to talk about maintenance (especially Bill who was so kind and unfortunately for him had to handle holidays, weekends and overnight issues). That was just my/his luck it seemed, that if something happened, it was at one of those times! Poor guy dragged to my place on Christmas Day when the heat stopped working, and he made sure it was repaired quickly. Also, general maintenance was excellent, too. When it snowed, the sidewalks were always shoveled right up to my door by 7 am so I could go to work. The people who did the plantings of flowers always made the community look welcoming.
While I have to move on, I just want to express my appreciation for the time I spent at Haynes Run, and to thank everyone.
I've recently moved to Haynes Run. The process was quick and easy for me. Megan answered every question I had and I had alot. She even let me switch my move in date to move in earlier then expected. The complex is nice quiet and the people I've met or encountered have been pleasant as well. The apartment is spacious and I love it. I enjoy my new place. Been here a month and it's going well.
We've been here a year, and the staff has been amazing. Megan is absolutely incredible and kind! The maintenance is PHENOMENAL. I know if I message them, someone will get back to me in a timely manner. They know how to make you feel valued as a tenant. The apartment itself is a little pricey, especially for the area, but the space and full-size washer and dryer along with AMAZING staff make it pretty worth it.
