I would highly recommend Hefele Law for the sale and or purchase of a home. Everyone is professional yet extremely down to earth. They truly make you feel like you've known them forever. They answered all of my questions and made the selling and purchasing experience much less stressful.

Bernd Hefele, Esq. and his staff assisted me in my home closure. I was a first time home buyer and not the easiest client - that's saying it nicely. He still remained professional and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Even wrote a letter to the VA that I'm in the process of addressing the VA Funding Fee because the VA does not recognize veterans who are medically retired by the DA.
