We have used Hi Tech for nearly twenty years for laundry services and alterations. They do a quality job and are very responsive and flexible. They make the effort to get to know and to build relationships with all their customers. I can’t more highly recommend them.
Have been going to this dry cleaner for over 15 years. They know their customers by name and usually are pulling up our clothes before we reach the counter! Great service, professional and all around nice family that owns and runs the shop. (And their alteration service is great.)
My family has been going to this dry cleaners for over 25 years. The owner's wife is a seamstress and can fix literally anything. They have never lost any of our items. We have been there enough times that we can just leave our clothes on the counter and walk out (that is how well they know us). The owner's son, John, works in the evenings (I think), who is also extremely helpful and professional. He always offers to bring your clothes to the car. They also clean UGGs. They offer a folding service (shirts in boxes), which is nice for people who travel. Highly recommend them.
