Very reliable and honest

Almost spent $2,000 on a repair at Honda. They told me it doesn’t need to be done

In a world full of dealerships looking to milk money out of my wallet, Hios is a breath of honest air!! Several times I have brought different vehicles to them to check out for repair. They don't charge for diagnostics and have sometimes fixed the issue without even charging me when it was something simple. When there has been something wrong, they still act as my advocates- helping me weigh all my options. I had one mechanic who wanted to redo my whole AC for $1200. Hios fixed a couple things for $400, AC has worked fine since, going on 2 years. That's just 1 example. In short, I trust them not to rip me off!
Being honest and good, they're not cheap. Nor should they be. You get what you pay for. Also, being honest and good, they're often quite busy. I recommend calling and making an appt. However, when there's been an emergency, both for me and others, they did what they can to get me in quick and fixed. John and Victor are good guys.

John and Victor are amazing. They’re incredibly helpful, honest, professional and caring. They’ll never rip you off like other mechanics and do a fantastic job. 10/10 mechanics. 10/10 pricing. 10/10 human beings. Looking forward to my next oil change so that I can come catch up with both of them.

They inspect my car as issues come up with a flexible schedule.
When something is fixable, they fix it or advise how to do it in the best and cheapest way possible
If it isn't fixable there is no cost. They don't charge a diagnostic fee even though they diagnose and spend time on your vehicle. They even spend time to help you solve the issue somewhere else.
They are courteous, professional and kind
I could not recommend them more strongly.
Hopefully you never have any car issues but if you do, only go to hios and don't go anywhere else.

I recently got a flat tire, the staff was really nice and accommodating (which was really nice because it was the day before Christmas Eve). I really needed to get home for the weekend and holiday. They changed my tire and I was back on the road the same day. Price was extremely fair especially considering the holiday, the time crunch and the speed with which they performed the task. And the staff is friendly and funny - I was really upset about the tire, so Jimmy, John and Vic really tried to keep me in good spirits!! I appreciate the exceptional customer service!! Thanks a lot!
