I had another great experience with iCar. Yitzy, my salesman, was absolutely first class—professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. As a business owner, my time is extremely valuable, and having a transparent, clear, and straightforward deal is just as important to me.

We just leased a car through iCar, and the experience could not have been better. Bernie guided us through the entire process with professionalism, consideration, and real responsibility. He put in a lot of extra work to make sure that we got the car quickly and affordably. Yitzy and Mel as well were really a pleasure to deal with. Something that could have been a superbly stressful ordeal was instead a wonderful and easy experience!

My husband and I recently purchased a used vehicle from iCar. It was a great, stress-free car buying experience! We’d been looking to replace our old minivan and didn’t find what we wanted (a few years old, 50K miles or less) at our local dealerships. I found the iCar minivan on Edmunds.com, followed the link to iCarNJ.com, then called and spoke to salesman Yitzy Fishman. We went to see it soon after.
The Sienna was as advertised – in excellent shape physically and mechanically at under 50K miles. The van was exceptionally clean due to iCar’s detailing. I reviewed the Carfax report, which was available via a link from their website. Yitzy answered all of our questions promptly, including confirming the car had roof rails, which my husband needs for his kayak. Yitzy was very responsive to my texts and phone calls as questions came up. We valued iCar’s straightforward sales approach – offering the car at a fair price for the quality/condition; no expensive dealership add-ons except for a reasonable documentation fee; no pressure to buy TODAY if we weren’t ready. We especially appreciated Yitzy taking the time to understand OUR needs first vs. pushing the benefits of buying from iCar. This was a real contrast to our local dealerships, where we felt their focus was on selling us a car as fast as possible.
We bought the Sienna and are very happy with it. It was absolutely worth the drive from Connecticut to get what we wanted at a good price. We’ve already told our friends about our terrific experience buying from iCar. Thanks, Yitzy and team – keep up the great work!!
