Jane's Nails

I have been a customer since they opened and have always been very pleased with the experience, as well as the result. Occasionally get gel finger nails, but I'm all about the spa pedicure - with Helen every time I can manage. Love this place enough to travel 45 minutes each way every time!

Have been coming here for many years. Always a clean, quiet, friendly experience for a great pedicure. I do my acrylics at a different Denville shop (primarily due to price) but Jane’s is my pedi place. Such friendly staff, huge color selections and good
prices.

If you’re reading this please try anywhere else! I recommend Les nails in Wharton (my karma for cheating on them) Came here to get my acrylics taken off, I only wanted a clear coat. Within the first 5 minutes she cut the skin off my pinky.. I whimpered and she ignored it. She then did it again on my index finger. Both fingers were bleeding... a nicer coworker of hers got me something for the bleeding after she saw I was in pain. The lady who cut me was trying to stop the bleeding by poking on it with a stick and cotton, when I told her it hurt she was so surprised. The owner came up and starting speaking in a different language and laughed. The owner then said “do you want water? you look tired” I said I’m not tired, im in pain. The nail lady asked me to pay first before she finished all I wanted to do was leave and so I paid. She had the audacity to ask if I wanted to include a tip, I said no tip you’re lucky I’m paying. After I paid she tried to be slick and paint my nails a light pink to hide it I said no I want clear!!! Horrible experience and unprofessional staff. this place deserves ZERO stars. Love this salon, I have been getting pedicures here for the better part of 20 years! There cleanliness and sterilization are above standards. Always a wonderful warm greeting and a beautifully done set of nails. Can't say enough I would recommend to everyone. Helen goes above and beyond every single time!

Jane's Nails have a customer for life. They were so warm, encouraging, and LGBTQ friendly. My nails look amazing, the prices were reasonable and I felt great when I left. Any business could learn how to treat customers from this wonderful place. Thank you for a great experience.
